Working with Rosa and her team was an amazing experience! Our house is now a home - our forever home! I told her my favorite color was blue and the multitude of shades of blue is warm and inviting. Boring is not a word that comes to mind in this home! RSZ touched almost every room in the house and even added a gym, kitchenette and bath plus the outside was not ignored. New exterior colors and a new deck complement the pool and landscape addition. We not only gained a beautiful, welcoming home but also new friends!!! A total win-win! RSZ D+D was fantastic to work with! Rosa and her team of designers and contractors remodeled our 5-year old's bedroom. The team's communication with us throughout the project was great which is extremely important to our family. As I'm sure is the case with any construction project, there were unexpected things that popped up, but everyone was upfront, accountable, and friendly any time there was an issue.
